I am a native of New Hampshire, growing up in Laconia and graduating from Laconia High School. I have lived in the wonderful lakes region my entire life. I currently reside in Laconia with my wife Joanne and our 2 dogs. I started real estate in 2002, received my Brokers License in 2018 and purchased Kubat Realty LLC. I am considered an out of the box thinker and problem solver.
